What You’ll Do:Revenue DeliveryRevenue growth to meet business plan targets;
Seek and exploit new opportunities within existing contracts;
Relationship development across Travel Agency industry.
Profitability DevelopmentEffective management of the portfolio receivable position;
Produce and action strategic business plans for the accounts;
Improve efficiency of account processes;
Providing savings and innovation to both the Customer and Hertz.
New Business PipelineWin new business in line with agreed parameters;
Develop and maintain a qualified database of prospective clients.
System ManagementSalesforce (CRM System)



Input and portfolio management;
Account Administration/Record Keeping;
Performance Reporting.
Account ManagementPreparation and presentation of value proposals for companies and travel agencies;
Report KPI and Performance Targets both to the customer base and to internal stakeholders;
Monitor competitor activity , with recommendations for appropriate action;
Introduction of new product/promotions and services to existing customer base.
Negotiation of new and existing contractsMeet with contract decision-makers and influencers to review agreements;
Take necessary actions to increase profitable business.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years prior sales experience, including Regional Account handling in a company recognized for its successful application of a structured sales and account management approach;
