More than a job: a missionWe’re looking for an ISM Software Architect to design and develop software architectures that support critical rail systems and ensure safe, secure, and reliable mobility.
You’ll work alongside people who take ownership, collaborate across functions, and contribute to systems that keep cities moving every day.
Your role, your impact
- Contribute to ISM specifications and architecture with Program Development Managers, Design Authority, and System Engineers
- Define software requirements, including functional, operational, interface, performance, safety, and cybersecurity aspects




- Ensure requirements are testable and traceable across the development lifecycle
- Design software architecture, components, interfaces, and dynamic system behaviour
- Validate technical solutions through simulations and prototypes
- Lead technical decisions: tools, methodologies (e.g., UML), languages, coding standards
- Support integration (software/software and hardware/software) and verification activities
- Contribute to system validation, testing, and long‑term maintenance
- Monitor technology evolution and promote reusable solutions and standardization
- Ensure application of internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement

What you bring
