In this role you apply data analytics to optimize digital experiences and business performance. You will partner with product, technology and business teams to design and improve analytics, tracking and experimentation across digital platforms. You’ll build KPIs, dashboards and provide actionable insights to drive product optimization, including A/B testing and data-driven decision making. You’ll work with complex datasets and cross-functional teams to scale analytics practices and knowledge sharing, influencing prioritization and rollout of initiatives.

• Partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to define and improve analytics, tracking, and experimentation across digital areas
• Design, optimize, and document scalable tracking concepts ensuring data quality and usability for reporting, analysis and integrations
• Define KPIs, build dashboards,



and provide actionable insights for product optimization and data-driven decisions
• Support and improve experimentation processes, including A/B test design, sample size planning, KPI alignment, and interpretation of results
• Contribute to scalable experimentation practices, tooling, automation, and knowledge management for multiple markets and product areas
• Hands-on work with complex datasets, data pipelines and cloud environments, collaborating with developers and data teams
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for stakeholders, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in digital analytics, conversion/product analytics, experimentation, or similar data-focused role in e-commerce or digital products
• Strong understanding of tracking concepts, KPI frameworks, data quality and analytics tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI
