We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support at our affordable multifamily community. In this role, you will support leasing, compliance, and resident services while serving as a welcoming point of contact for residents, applicants, vendors, and guests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, applicants, vendors, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional office environment.
Support leasing and compliance activities by distributing application materials, assisting with interviews, and coordinating background and credit checks.
Assist with lease related tasks including preparing documents, supporting lease signings, and processing invoices and financial paperwork.
Organize and maintain applicant and resident files in both paper and electronic formats,



ensuring documents are properly labeled, dated, and filed,
Track deadlines for certifications, renewals, and required notices, maintaining logs and notifying the team of upcoming items.
Support audit preparation including MORs and LIHTC file reviews by assembling file lists, pulling documentation, and confirming file order and completeness.
Assist with resident engagement activities including event sign-ups, room set up, refreshments, and post event clean-up.
Order office supplies and maintain the lobby and work areas in an organized and presentable condition
Provide general administrative support to the property team as assigned.
