Your role Legal & Compliance - Compliance - M3 - SpainWhat you'll be doingCorpay is currently looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our Regulatory team. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Madrid, Spain. The Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring Corpay's Spanish branch fully complies with local regulatory obligations, including those set by the CNMV and SEPBLAC. This role will combine day-to-day compliance oversight with statutory MLRO responsibilities, ensuring robust anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) frameworks are implemented and effective. Working closely with the wider integral Regulatory compliance team, you will provide expert oversight of regulatory matters in Spain, advise senior stakeholders, and help embed a strong compliance culture. You will advise senior stakeholders, ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements, and help embed a culture of operational excellence. You will be instrumental in reviewing, standardising,



and implementing compliance frameworks across recent and upcoming acquisitions and integrations. You will report directly to the Head of Compliance & Risk VP and regularly collaborate with the 3rd party regulators and internal risk, compliance and regulatory teams.
