Purpose Of The Role

As the Senior Legal Counsel you will support the Legal team across a broad range of commercial, corporate, regulatory and strategic matters, with a particular focus on B2B and SaaS initiatives, while also providing legal support to the wider B2C business as part of the Legal team’s day-to-day activities.





Whilst playing a key role in supporting the commercialisation and licensing of proprietary technology platforms, negotiating complex technology and SaaS agreements, and advising on corporate restructuring and other legal matters, you will also support the SaaS strategy and wider business objectives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across both B2B and B2C activities.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of complex SaaS, software licensing, technology services, reseller, referral, partnership and other B2B commercial agreements.
Providing legal support for SaaS strategy, including the commercialisation and licensing of proprietary technology and platforms.
Developing and maintaining scalable contracting processes, template agreements, guidance materials and legal playbooks for B2B
