About The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, providing high‑quality spa treatments while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests.

This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to spa and hotel operational needs.



You will work closely with the Spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Performing massage, facial, and body treatments in accordance with established standards and guest expectations
Delivering all treatments based on current licensure and professional guidelines
Assessing guest needs and identifying any contraindications prior to treatments
Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire service experience
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and universal precautions
Cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms, tools, and equipment daily
Maintaining excellent product knowledge and understanding ingredients and their benefits
Recommending retail products and home care routines to guests
Promoting additional treatments and spa services when appropriate
Starting and finishing treatments on time, respecting scheduled appointment
