JOB SUMMARY:

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join
the A+ Team and support the development of next-generation AMD server platforms.

This role will be responsible for managing motherboard product development
programs from concept through mass production, working closely with engineering,
system architecture, manufacturing, sourcing, validation, and customers to
ensure successful product execution.





The adecuado candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical
understanding of server hardware architecture, and the ability to drive
cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):

* Lead motherboard development programs from project kickoff through mass
production, ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones and deliverables.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Hardware, Layout, BIOS/BMC,
SI/PI, Mechanical, Thermal, Validation, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to
drive program execution.
* Manage project risks, engineering issues, action items, and escalations
throughout the product lifecycle.
* Oversee prototype builds, qualification activities, production readiness, and
manufacturing execution, including PCB/PCBA status and material readiness.
* Serve as the primary interface between inter
