The company works with corporate and governmental clients and provides onsite, online, and hybrid training solutions across areas including finance, accounting, management, technical skills, and digital transformation.

Mercury Training Center is looking to collaborate with an experienced freelance trainer based in Barcelona to deliver a professional training program on Professional Tax Compliance Procedures & Reporting for corporate and professional participants.

This is a freelance training engagement, not a full-time or part-time employment position. The selected trainer will collaborate with Mercury Training Center on a project basis and will be responsible for delivering the training program and supporting the preparation and customization of the course content.

Key Responsibilities




Review and customize the existing course content based on the trainer’s expertise and the participants’ professional needs.
Develop practical examples, case studies, exercises, and supporting materials.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in Barcelona.
Explain tax compliance procedures, reporting requirements, and relevant regulatory practices through practical business examples.
Adapt the training approach to the participants’ level and professional background.
Provide practical guidance, exercises, and feedback throughout the program.
Contribute to post-training evaluation and continuous improvement of the course.

Ideal Trainer Profile
Strong practical expertise in Tax Compliance, Tax Reporting, Tax Procedures, and Tax Preparation.
Solid understanding of Tax Law, Corporate Tax, VAT/IVA, Finance, Accounting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Proven experience delivering professional training, workshops, or executive education in tax, finance, accounting, or compliance.
