We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Digital Marketing Onboarding Account Manager to support and develop high-potential clients using Google Ads. This role focuses on onboarding new customers, optimizing PPC campaigns, increasing product adoption, and building strong long-term client relationships in a fast-growing digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and create high-performing PPC campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing solutions
- Identify customer goals and provide tailored strategies
- Drive campaign optimization, upselling, and revenue growth
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a high volume of daily client interactions

Requirements:
- Norwegian (C1) and English (C1)
- 20 months of experience in sales or marketing




- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and PPC campaign management
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Experience with CRM tools and customer data management
- Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, and excellent communication
- Understanding of Nordic business culture, market dynamics, and data privacy expectations

- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and overcome objections
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems in Nordic markets
- Experience presenting insights and delivering professional content
