Position overview

Main Duties / Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality results—on time and within budget.
- Define and align project goals with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and clarity of scope.
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, production, sales) and third-party partners to execute projects seamlessly.
- Monitor progress, anticipate risks,



and adjust proactively using the latest project management tools and practices.
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgets, cash flow, and reporting, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Ensure all projects meet our high safety and quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers—building trust through proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
- Understand evolving client needs, manage expectations, and resolve issues with clarity and professionalism.
- Drive scope, timeline, and budget adjustments using formal change request procedures.
- Foster long-term partnerships and identify new opportunities for collaboration and value creation.

Innovation & Growth
- Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, and engineering teams to co-design innovative, customer-focused solutions.
