The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Business Development Team Lead to drive growth across the Iberia region. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers, helping them reach their targets, develop their skills and consistently deliver results.
You’ll play a key part in shaping Fresha’s growth strategy in the region. Working closely with the General Manager and wider commercial team, you’ll lead from the front - coaching the team, managing pipeline, and building a high-performance sales culture that thrives on clarity, momentum and ownership.
