Responsibilities:
Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:

- Act as point of contact (coordination and constant communication) with the different departments involved in programs’ operations (Faculty, Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Planning ).
- Attend and support the students and professors on a daily basis.
- Responsible for generating the data and building the annual indicators of the Official Doctoral Program that are submitted to the Spanish Ministry of Education
- Administrative lead of the department, overseeing the annual budget (scholarships, prog
