British American Tobacco Spain has an exciting opportunity for aBrand Executive in Madrid.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for the Category Cycle Plans execution, aligned to general portfolio pipeline; mainly focused on Iberia markets. Support the Brand Manager to translate global plans into market ones.
- Be a real product expert and a true brand ambassador, acting as key point of contact for the local business needs related to HP category.
- Contribute to deliver Consumer & Commercial Strategy in Iberia markets, aligned with Area & global KPIs, working hand-to-hand with the Brand Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and ease in reading consumer insights to be able to identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions when needed.




- Deploy and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) for HP category in Iberia markets OTIF (On-time in-full). Identify product specifications, manage packaging briefing and legal/ regulatory compliance alignment and packaging artwork approvals. Participate in main NPI process meetings as key marketing point of contact.
- Monitor brand performance and support Brand Manager in monthly performance review per market on HP KPIs. Own a solid understanding of the "reason-why" driving performance and changes vs plan/ target.
- Understand & monitor commercial KPIs x-functionally (distribution, shipments, sales, digital, etc.) and be able to drive conclusions for the brand performance overall.
- Manage Purchase Order creation, internal budget system upload and cycle plan actions and update of product initiatives in internal NPI system platform (Hive). Ensure to update it monthly to reflect any potential change.
