Your Mission

Customer Service
- Handle and manage inquiries, questions, and issues with empathy and efficiency.Claims Management
- Process claims according to their level of severity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide fast and effective solutions.

Payment Collection
- Contact customers with outstanding payments.
- Negotiate solutions to help recover overdue fees.

Customer Retention
- Conduct call campaigns with customers who have requested cancellation.
- Use sales and retention arguments to maintain customer loyalty.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Propose solutions to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service

✔️ Fluent German. Spanish and/or English are a plus.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔️ Empathy and patience in different situations

✔️ Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments

✔️ Familiarity with Office / Google tools

✔️ Proactive profile, customer




- and goal-oriented
- Experience in claims, retention, and/or collections is a plus
