Join our team We are looking for an engaged individual with leadership qualities for our HR and administration department. You will be responsible for HR processes, occupational health & safety, and team development - your open ear, your expertise, and your positive charisma will be the finest calling card for our team.

What you can expect:
- HR Management: You will manage the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding) and oversee the payroll process in close cooperation with our external service provider.
- Occupational Health & Safety: You will ensure that all health and safety guidelines are actively maintained and implemented throughout the resort.
- Development:



You will coordinate and organize training and professional development programs for our team.
- Support & Guidance: As an empathetic point of contact, you will provide advice and guidance, and handle conflict management to foster a harmonious working environment.

What you bring along:
- Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Language Skills: You possess excellent English and Spanish language skills (additional language skills in German are an advantage).
- A warm and hospitable personality
- Work Style: You are characterized by a proactive attitude and the ability to organize your tasks in a highly independent, structured, and reliable manner.
- Personality: Discretion, diplomatic skills in conflict resolution, and a genuine passion for working with people complete your profile.
