Customer Success & Support Agent (M/F/d) - Multilingual - 100% Remote (Barcelona & Surroundings)

At Veneera, we revolutionize cosmetic dental enhancement, giving people worldwide a new, confident smile without the need for a dentist visit. To support our expanding international markets, we are looking for enthusiastic, language-talented reinforcements for our support team living in the Barcelona area.

Your Responsibilities
- Ticket Handling: Answer written customer inquiries quickly, accurately, and solution-oriented.
- Daily Targets: You operate efficiently to meet structured daily performance quotas and response targets.
- Video Impression Support: Guide customers step-by-step through video calls to ensure they make the perfect dental impression.
- Phone Consultation & Hotline: Act as the friendly voice on the phone, advising leads and helping customers with product questions.
- Customer Journey: Accompany customers from their first inquiry to the final product, ensuring a great service experience.

Language Requirements
- The Mandatory Base:English (fluent/business level)

- Your Market Language: You must speak at least one (or more) of the following languages at a native/bilingual level:German, French, or Dutch.
