DESCRIPTION:
Join our dynamic Design & Innovation team and become a pivotal part of Amazon's infrastructure expansion across Europe. You will play a critical role in designing our general logistics network, supporting the development of delivery stations and fulfillment centers.

This role offers structured learning opportunities while contributing to Amazon's infrastructure expansion.

Would you like an opportunity to travel and work in multiple EU countries and cultures? This role could be located in Madrid, Barcelona or Milan with 50% of time traveling either domestically within the country or to other EMEA countries.

Key job responsibilities
- Support the E2E design of AMZN infrastructure, providing comprehensive technical feedback, design oversight and quality assessment
- Drive design and value engineering initiatives to foster innovation, enhance customer experience and sustainability and reduce the cost to serve
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain meticulous project documentation and tracking systems

A day in the life





Your day will be a blend of strategic planning and hands-on project coordination. You might start by leading the design of new buildings and retrofit, coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, then transition to site visit, meetings with external vendors and finally lead global design innovation initiatives.
