Support one of our core legal teams. Join one of our core legal areas—corporate M&A;, product & commercial, intellectual property, privacy, or compliance—and support the team by contributing to research, drafting and day-to-day operations.
Help prepare and review commercial agreements,



internal policies, governance materials, and compliance documentation, working closely with more experienced team members to deliver practical legal support.
Collaborate with teams across Product, Finance, HR, Business Acquisitions, and other functions—alongside external counsel where needed—to help address legal and regulatory questions in a fast-moving, general environment.
Contribute to cross-border M&A; transactions, investments, and corporate governance activities by conducting legal research, supporting due diligence, preparing transaction documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
Build scalable legal tools. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving business needs.
Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
