You will be responsible for ensure:
- Drafting and reviewing various types of business contracts, with particular emphasis on contracts for areas such as HR, Marketing, Development for the Spanish market.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant local and international laws and regulations, supervision of statutory compliance, corporate governance and corporate documentation (such as resolutions, minutes, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with AmRest corporate legal procedures, policies, and best practices within AmRest legal teams.
- Preparing, reviewing and analysis of NDA´s, MOU´s, Master Agreements, Real Estate agreements (leases, construction,maintenance,engagement letters, etc.)



and Franchise Agreements.
- Provide legal support to departments (especially to departments such as HR, Marketing, Development)
- Managing interaction with the Public Administration (inspections, fines, any other administration claims, etc.)
- Two or more years' experience in the sector.
- Advanced level of English.
- Training in law.
