About The Role:
- Is responsible for schedule, quality, all contractual requirements and execution plan.
- Is responsible for Planning of manpower and work distribution within group on regular basis.
- Supervises engineering activities.
- Checks or approves technical recommendations.
- Manages and controls man/hours.
- Is responsible for proposing cost effective solutions.
- Coordinates with Lead Engineers of other departments and project support functions such as procurement and planning.




- Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with project QHSE plan and Technip & discipline engineering processes & standards.
- Works towards development and training of subordinates.
- Provides assistance to Discipline Department Manager in various departmental activities.
- Manages and controls material quantities.

About You:
- We are looking for an experienced engineer with 15 or more years of experience leading groups of mechanical engineers specialized rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, blowers, agitators, etc) and packages units.
- Experience in companies providing engineering services to the Chemical, Refining, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas industry.
- The leader should be able to feel comfortable working in an environment with pressure from customers, vendors and in some cases Project partners.
