Commercial Project Manager for GLS Madrid hub PARCEL Project (26M) and continuity in other PARCEL projects with different sizes. Includes among others:
- Project commercial administration: Project cost controlling, deviations analysis, definition of mitigation measures, R&O; analysis. Accounting reflect of all these circumstances.
- Support on Claim and Contract Management: as part of the R&O; analysis, creating the right back up for potential claims and change orders to the customer.
- Reporting: reporting to the local management and HQ on regular basis
- Controlling of the project side effects in the involved cost centers. Under absorption in Engineering or Operations, early advice in order to ensure the timely implementation of the corrective actions
- VISA in place required
