Location: Madrid (In site, not eligible for hybrid work)

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of our Madrid office. The Office Manager will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees in all organizational matters.

Your role:
- Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate person or department, ensure access cards are given to all employees, receive external visitors,



and ensure all post is delivered and sent properly received at the front desk.
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized, ensuring visitors are comfortable while they wait.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative support staff, maintaining office supplies, and managing office equipment.
- Work with HR to develop and implement office policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed by all employees.
- Monitor and maintain office facilities, including managing office leases, overseeing office renovations, and ensuring the office is clean and safe.
- Maintain records and files, including electronic and paper records, and ensure they are organized and up-to-date.
