What will be your mission?:
We are looking for a customer-focused, analytical and creative person with sensitivity for product and guest experience. Someone eager to learn how strategic experience projects are developed and implemented through local teams, with the ability to understand the customer journey from a general perspective.

What will you do?:
- Experience projects guardian:



collaborate with the area and business unit teams to ensure the correct implementation of ongoing projects across all hotels.
- Lead small projects related to hotel experience, brand image and new services.
- Support for projects involving new product & service standards for all brands (F&B;, music, fragrance, amenities ).
- Support for Experience and Innovation initiatives, including benchmarks, creation of presentations and graphic documentation.
- Customer experience analysis: customer satisfaction tracking and consumer insights (monthly).
- General competition analysis, trend analysis and quality reports (monthly).
- Preparation of quarterly reports of different projects.
- Digital Signage: random content review and proposal for improvements.
