This role has a direct impact on strengthening brand visibility, enhancing consumer engagement, and elevating the overall consumer experience through strategic sponsorships. By selecting and executing high‑value partnerships, the position ensures that every activation delivers measurable brand and commercial results. The role also drives cross‑functional alignment, contributing to consistent execution and maximizing the return on experiential investments. This role is part of Sponsorships Team and is responsible for leading and executing critical projects to be implemented within the consumer experience team for our new categories.

BAT is currently looking for a Sponsorships Executive to join the Iberia Consumer Experience Team, based in our Madrid office. In this role, the Executive is expected to lead, execute, and optimize sponsorship initiatives that elevate the Consumer Experience for BAT’s New Categories in Iberia. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering high‑impact sponsorship platforms, ensuring they are aligned with brand strategies, consumer needs, and organizational priorities.
