We are looking for a high-calibre MEP Project Manager to spearhead the preconstruction, engineering, and installation of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for a major new data centre in the Madrid region.

Your Strategic Mandate:
As the MEP lead, you are the conductor of a complex technical orchestra. Your responsibilities move beyond simple oversight into high-level strategic management:
- Lead the Technical Vision: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of MEP systems, from initial engineering and procurement through to high-stakes commissioning and final handover.
- Architect Relationships:



Build and maintain influential partnerships with design consultants, inspectors, and client representatives, ensuring every stakeholder is aligned with the project's mission-critical goals.
- Mentor and Mobilise: Supervise and develop a dedicated MEP staff, fostering a culture of accountability, coaching engineers and superintendents to reach peak performance.
- Commercial Oversight: Take full ownership of MEP budgets. You will evaluate and negotiate change orders, manage subcontractor financial health, and ensure the project remains commercially viable without compromising on quality.
- Virtual & Physical Coordination: Partner with VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) teams to ensure digital twins translate perfectly to site logistics, resolving complex spatial conflicts before they impact the schedule.
