A vacancy for “Performance, Improvement and Economy manager" (M/F) has arisen within Airbus Defence in Air Power, Transport & Logistics (T&L;).

Within the Procurement organization inside Airbus Defence and Space, the successful applicant will join "T&L; Contracts, Performance & Digital" team.

The job holder will be part of a transversal environment in which you will be the focal point and responsible for leading and managing T&L; Performance, Improvement & Economy activities and projects to boost T&L; Excellence.

The job holder will be responsible to:
- Define and implement the necessary improvement activities, best practices and transversal projects in T&L;
- To improve overall performance and driving it towards excellence through an efficient management of T&L; operational teams and main stakeholders
- Provide KPI and reports related to performance
- Define and drumbeat the OP exercise
- You will be also the connection between controlling department and the different T&L; operational teams
- Acting as the deputy of the HO Contracts, Performance and Digital





Main Task and Responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for the T&L; Performance KPIs deployment and analytics. Overall performance management and performance visibility and reporting. Definition of KPI's and business and process indicators in alignment with ADS and TOP requirements to ensure visibility and satisfy the Programme Lines and operational needs.
- Ensure coordination of T&L; Risks and Opportunities and major issues, root cause analysis, proper management in ARM.
- Manage a subcontracted work-package for T&L; reporting.
- People management, participating in the Competence project, to boost values and trust based ways of working with a team with the appropriate skills and competences
- Foster prevention through Process and Performance KPIs and analytics of T&L; anticipating issues and risks and working in a collaborative way with stakeholders.
