This position goes beyond hands-on development and is suited for a senior professional with a strong track record in leading complex technical programs, defining processes, and bridging R&D; with industrial deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition, development, and industrialization of advanced photonic packaging solutions, ensuring alignment with system-level requirements and scalability targets.
- Architect and oversee packaging process flows (e.g., die bonding, wire bonding, glob top, hybrid integration), establishing best practices, standards, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive RF interconnect design and simulation, ensuring signal integrity and robust performance in high-frequency PIC packaging environments.
- Provide technical leadership in supplier and material selection, qualification, and roadmap development, ensuring long-term reliability and manufacturability.
- Act as a key interface between design, fabrication, and testing teams, ensuring seamless integration across the full development cycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers,



fostering technical excellence and contributing to team growth and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmapping, and external collaborations with industrial and research partners.
