Position Overview

IE Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Foundation’s daily operations.

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive, administrative, and development support to the team,



acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a high level of organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The IE Foundation Executive Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters related to the Foundation and plays a central role in supporting its strategic and operational objectives.
