We need an experienced and knowledgeable Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations team based in Barcelona. As an experienced Reservations & Groups Executive, you will be confident in dealing with people, experienced in handling multiple reservation channels and thirty party channels; and possess a warm friendly personality.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Handle all reservations (individual & groups)
- Follow-up and conversion of bookings in accordance with budget
- Negotiate group quotes, cancellations and upselling
- Manage billing, deposits, PMS and payment
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients & agents.
