Role Overview

We are looking for a CTV Advertising / DSP Account Support professional to join our team and support operations across Programmatic and AdOps, with a strong focus on the CTV ecosystem. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between demand-side platforms (DSPs), campaign execution teams, and internal stakeholders. Your primary goal is to ensure the smooth delivery, optimization, and troubleshooting of advertising campaigns to maintain high standards of operational excellence.





Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Operations: Support the setup, trafficking, and monitoring of programmatic campaigns across various DSPs within the CTV environment.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in campaign troubleshooting by identifying delivery issues and coordinating technical solutions with the AdOps and Programmatic teams.
- Implementation Quality: Ensure the correct implementation of creatives, targeting parameters, and tracking requirements for all active campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor campaign performance and delivery pacing, proactively flagging risks, inconsistencies, or under-performance.
- Deal Management: Support the Programmatic team with deal setup, including PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Open Auction operations.
- Inventory Validation: Validate inventory availability and ensure campaign alignment within the broader CTV ecosystem.
