In this role plays a critical part in Trade Administration and Trade Support, focusing on daily Positions & P&L; reporting for VC Commodities. This position involves meticulous data reconciliation, in-depth analysis, and close collaboration with commercial, trading, execution, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and a clear understanding of P&L; drivers.

Some of the Analyst OCVC responsibilities are:
Trade Administration / Trade Support (Daily Positions & P&L;)
- Produce accurate and reliable daily VC Commodity Positions & P&L; reports by:
- Updating and reconciling new cash/flat activities and trades with the commercial team.
- Reconciling freight positions (including MTM) against data from the freight department and commercial team.
- Reconciling futures/options positions against futures statements and with the commercial team.
- Coordinating with trading, execution, and logistics teams on vessel execution, reflecting impacts in the Daily P&L.;
- Monitoring pricing and confirming details with contracts, execution, and traders, including tracking changes for accuracy across all systems.
