_ Responsibilities_
In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of all guest experience tasks to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role:




- Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
- Assist with the setup and smooth running of daily operations at the spa reception, maintaining Six Senses Spa standards.
- Ensure the reception area and spa front of house are clean, organized, and presentable always.
- Make, reconfirm, and verify guest bookings, including appointment scheduling for upcoming days.
- Manage guest profiles meticulously, ensuring accuracy and avoiding duplication.
- Escort guests to their designated areas, explaining the guest journey and enhancing their experience.
- Address guest complaints promptly, logging guest comments and feedback for improvement.- Serve welcome drinks or other menu offerings to guests as required.
- Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service to all guests.
- Offer retail products appropriately to guests, ensuring the retail area is set up according to standards.
