- Atención telefónica para consultas, reclamaciones, incidencias y pedidos
- Gestión y procesamiento de abonos administrativos en el sistema
- Resolución de incidencias en coordinación con otros departamentos (logística, comercial, order entry, entre otros)
- Soporte a los delegados comerciales en la gestión con clientes y coordinación de envíos de material
- Registro, seguimiento y resolución de incidencia
