We’re looking for a Dutch-Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Business Development team in Barcelona, supporting the Benelux market and helping businesses across EMEA discover innovative Cloud solutions.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and identifying opportunities where Cloud solutions can make a real difference.

You’ll have individual targets while working as part of a collaborative team focused on expanding our customer base across EMEA.

What You'll Do





Meet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and daily/weekly activity targets.

Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and identify high-potential prospects.

Quickly establish rapport, understand customer pain points, and identify business needs.

Connect customer challenges with appropriate Cloud solutions.

Gather technical and business requirements and create value for the next stage of the sales process.

Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex stakeholder structures.

Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in Salesforce CRM.

Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.

Consistently work towards individual and team KPIs, including productivity, conversion, pipeline, and opportunity generation.

Document customer conversations, requirements, and deal information accurately in Salesforce.

Build strong relationships with prospects across the Benelux market.
