Commercial Lead -Agriculture

Spain - Home-Based (With International Travel)

We're working with an established international business within the agricultural sector to appoint a Regional Commercial Lead for Southern Europe, with responsibility across France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

This is a significant commercial leadership position with an established and successful region. With experienced sales and technical teams already in place, the successful individual will be responsible for providing the leadership, commercial direction and market focus required to support the region's continued development and growth.

Leading established teams across Southern Europe, the role carries full responsibility for regional P&L;, budgets, sales performance and commercial development.

The position combines strategic responsibility with visible, hands-on leadership. You will remain close to your team and markets, supporting key customer relationships and major commercial opportunities whilst ensuring each country has a clear strategy for sustainable growth.





The route to market varies across the region, combining both direct-to-farm and established distributor models. An appreciation of these different commercial channels, and ultimately an understanding of the farmer as the end customer, will be important.

We're looking for someone who can bring:
- Strong commercial or sales leadership experience within agriculture, or a closely related sector
- A genuine understanding of the farming industry and the end consumer
- Experience leading teams across multiple countries or markets - ideally with exposure to at least two of France, Spain, Italy or Portugal
- Experience working with distributors/channel partners, alongside an understanding of direct sales
- Strong commercial and financial capability, including P&L; and budget responsibility.
- Fluent French and English (Italian or Spanish as an additional would be highly desirable)
