The Regional Sales Manager – Europe will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's network of distributors across assigned European markets. The role focuses on building long-term commercial partnerships, identifying new distribution opportunities, supporting channel performance, and ensuring the successful execution of the regional sales strategy through indirect sales channels.





Distributor Network Development
Evaluate distributor performance and implement action plans to increase market penetration.

Provide commercial guidance and ongoing support to distributor partners.
Coordinate sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities with distributors.
Deliver product and commercial training to strengthen distributor capabilities.
Ensure distributors comply with company commercial policies and brand positioning.

Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events to strengthen the distributor network.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and channel performance reports.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular commercial reporting to management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of international B2B sales experience managing distributor networks.
