We are looking for our new Legal Counsel to help analyse the applicable regulatory framework and provide proactive legal advice focused on the needs of all business areas.

We are constantly transforming the way we work, as well as the products we offer to our clients. To achieve this goal, the role of Legal Counsel is key to provide legal advice and support in reviewing, drafting, advising and negotiating all types of legal texts, contracts, among others.

What does your day-to-day look like?
- Ensure the legal wellbeing of the organization.
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and operational contracts, including legal documents and contracts such as service agreements, insurance agreements, data processing agreements, NDA’s and other commercial agreements.
- Provide legal and strategic guidance and support to all areas of the company (Network, Sales, HR, GGSS, etc.) in ad hoc projects or deals.
- Deal and negotiate with external partners and providers.
- Ensuring that the Company keeps abreast of developments from a regulatory and legal perspective on a local and international level.
Your Profile
Your skills and experience
- Graduate in law. A Master's degree in insurance law would be an asset.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the insurance sector.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Interest in the insura
