Position Summary

Provide the necessary administrative support to the Corporate Sales Direction Sales Units for the correct development of the commercial management in Category sales teams.

A day in the life of...
- Assure appropriate reporting for each Key Stakeholders (Key Sales Figures).
- Assure Sales Review integrated data in Sales Reporting.
- Manage and monitor customer claims guaranteeing coordination among the different stakeholders.
- Support Sales Unit in the month closing management.
- Record and modify Trade Spend commercial agreements in system for top Key Account Customers.
- Ensure correct accessibility for tools and systems to Sales Unit Teams.
- General administrative support related to Category Sales Teams.

What will make you successful
- Degree in Economics / Business Administration or Engineering, or studies in Administration and Finance (Higher Level Education Cycle).
- 3-5 years in a similar position.
- Experience with MS Excel (Macros, dynamic tables,



formulation)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of SAP information systems will be a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI will be a plus
