About the role:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. We have openings in three regions. We will assign you a region depending on your location. You will be focusing on enterprise sales, targeting mid-sized businesses. Key responsibilities:
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Engage with existing Members and assist them with their short term and long term business requirements
- Cross-sell & Up-sell our products and services to our clients helping grow their business with us
- Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.
- Work closely with support & product teams to help meet the clients needs
- Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metric
