Position:Project Manager
Employer:One of the world's hottest Hotel Groups.
Contract: 12-24 months
Location: Ibiza, Spain ( with relocation)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle project data and information whilst coordinating and corresponding with the project/stakeholders.
- Leading, managing and developing project teams or work streams as part of larger projects and delivering results through others.
- Plan and update project schedule, follow up daily with all parties to remain on schedule for the project deliverables and handover.
- Commercially aware; experienced in monthly budgeting/forecasting and managing project budgets.
- Able to write scope of services, and deliverables for Master Planning Consultant and Specialists.
- Structuring and updating the project’s data room.
- Communicating effectively and focusing on efficient, collaborative and quality delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong Project Management skills are a must.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Min 15 years’ experience in the Project Management field.
- Experience in working as a Project Management dealing with main consultants or Developer's Teams.
- The ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy
- Exquisite Presentation Skills, adept at engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Corporate Clients, and Event Planners.
- Next-level organizational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the team.
