What you will do in your day-to-day work as a SCRUM MASTER:
- _Responsible for ensuring Scrum/Kanban is understood _and the team adheres to theory, practice, and guidelines
- Facilitate and support all Scrum/Kanban events
- Work with _Development Teams at the beginning and after that with the rest of the organisation_, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making
- Work with Product owners to refine the backlog
- _Actively contribute to the team's Continuous Improvement process_:
- Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
