This position is located in VTO (Albuixech, Valencia)

We are looking for a Business Process Managerto provide solutions to ITO entities and who join the team at our Purchasing Center for Fruits and Vegetables, located in Albuixech (Valencia)

You will lead the team responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing,



and optimizing the organization's operational and administrative processes. You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while working cross-functionally with other departments on projects within their area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and supervising the process management team, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

️Leading the mapping, documentation, and redesign of key business processes (BPM), identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- ️Proposing continuous improvement methodologies(Lean, Six Sigma or similar) to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborating with other functional areas (Sales, Finance, IT, Logistics, P&C;, Quality) to ensure process integration across departments.

‍Training teams and promoting best practices.
