Descripción general:
The Supervisor is a support for the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager assuming his/her responsibilities for managing the store, the staff and the stock to improve the related turnover performance and profitability in relation to key performance indicators and budgets.

Responsabilidades:
- Develop every sales action working as example and guide for the team (Turnover, KPI’s)
- Work on the fidelity of every customer and prevent the sales or promotions
- Arrange the briefing (communicate daily objectives and the distribution of all tasks)
- In charge for opening / closing the store (keys holder), handling the cash-desk
- Handle the cash in and its deposit, the closing and the recipe of the cash taking care of its security
- Know how to guide and coach a Sales Assistant during the sales and after sales activities




- Optimization of the display capacity and visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage opening and closing activities of the package being a guide for these team’s duties
- Achieve the partial inventories and arrange the activity of all inventories periods
- Have a focus of the Best Sellers and ask to the Store Manager if the related proposals for the replenishment can be authorized
- Handling the external stock, the replenishment and re-assortments

Requisitos:
>2-5 years of experience in Retail

>great skills of communication, organization and team work

>good knowledge of English

>other languages are a plus
