RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Manufacturin Engineering tasks in area of LTA MRO (C295 and CN235). Your main tasks and responsabilities are:
- Optimizationof current maintenance processfor LTA aircrafts
- Provide shop floor support in order to solve issues during maintenance process. (mechanical and structural repair).
- Work with the Material Review Board(MRB). Disposition to defects (structural ones).
- Collaboration with technical design officeto provide solution to structural repairs.
- To be part of multi functional team, to solve all issues come up in MRO.
- Manufacturing structure and process, associated domunentation(work order, technical instruction, job card ), updated process.
- Assess and adapt new technologiesto cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.
- Product configuration awareness.
- Future business requirements.

SKILLS
- Education:degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
- Experiencein Manufacturing or MRO will be possitive evaluated. At least 5 -10 years of experience in technical areas (Manufacturing engineering or design).



Important: experience in structural repair.
- Languages:English and Spanish must be negotiation level, written and spoken.
- Technical knowledge: Pelicano plus
- MRO: experience in MRO/Part 145, as well as knowledge in Pelicano and PERAM 145 training would be valued as a plus.
- Soft skills:able to work under pressure and in a changing environment / proactiveattitude and able to work in a changing environment / strong interpersonal and communication skills/ with desire to learn.
