We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our customer operations department in Alicante. This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys coordinating services, communicating with clients, and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Operations, you will oversee service cases from start to finish, ensuring efficient coordination between customers, service providers, and internal teams. Your goal will be to maintain a high standard of service while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Verify customer details and ensure compliance with GDPR standards.
- Coordinate with external service partners to follow up on ongoing cases.
- Schedule and allocate resources according to operational priorities.
- Assist customers with vehicle recovery and repair arrangements.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all service cases.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding timelines and progress.




- Use internal systems and digital tools to manage daily operations effectively.
- Native English speaker (mandatory).:
- Knowledge of Spanish, French, or additional languages is highly valued.
- Availability to work full-time with rotating shifts, including evenings or nights.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Own vehicle required to commute to the workplace.
