- RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.

Quality and Operations Management:
- Inspections of properties prior to check-ins and after check-outs.
- Property cleaning coordination with an external housekeeping company or freelance cleaners ; continuous training of the cleaners to meet our demanding standards.
- Co-management of the linen inventory as well as hospitality products: welcome gifts, bathroom amenities, coffee capsules, sponges, etc.
- Property management coordination with our partner company: pool cleaning, gardening, maintenance interventions,



etc. Monitoring and coordination of all short and longer term maintenance work.
- Recommendations on the optimization of operational processes.

Guest Relationship Management:
- Coordination of specific preparation needs for the upcoming stays, based on our Property Management System: VIP treatment, birthday cake, etc.
- Visiting guests and offering them a tailored service.
- Upsell and coordination of extra services for guests: private transfers, massages, at-home chefs, etc.
- Promoting cultural activities of the region, preferably genuine and off-the-beaten-path recommendations.
- Co-management of the relationships with all external providers; we strive to maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
- Intervention in case of guest emergency: exceptional inability to access the property for example.

Business Development:
- Representation of the brand in Mallorca.
