Application Support Analyst
Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
What you'll do
1. Core Application Support
- Handle routine administration, user provisioning, and permission management within supported platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents, coordinating with vendors or internal dev teams when necessary.
2. Operations & System Support
- Partner with the Operations team to maintain and support mission-critical business systems, including our Core System.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to stability and reliability initiatives.
3. Process Improvement & Documentation
- Create and maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles.
- Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve support workflows.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and conduct training sessions for end-users to improve platform adoption.
What you'll need
- Technical Expertise: Strong functional and administrative knowledge of either the Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and eventually Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM, Assets).
- Proactivity: A "can-do" attitude—you don't just close tickets; you look for ways to make the system better for everyone.
- Organization: The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
