Your skills:
- Administrative tasks like; Snow updating tickets, stock check, onboardings & offboardings
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- 2 years as minimum experience solving computer incidents onsite
- Micro computing, mobile devices, HW, network, software, MAC basic knowledge

Your tasks:
- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support




- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
