Fastighetbyrån Alicante is looking for a new colleague

We are looking for you who are motivated and want to be part of our successful multinational team in Alicante.

You have a real passion for service; regardless of whether it is about being responsible for the office looking good and that all routines and orders work well. An important part is to be a support for the office and to actively see business opportunities with all customers we come in contact with.

You have experience in service, where the pace has been high and you have been responsible for many projects at the same time.

As Front Desk, you will have a key role where you together with the others in the office create a strong team, where you will have a close collaboration to provide customers with the best possible service.

This is a service-oriented role where you will be the link between the agent, clients, banks, buyers / sellers while you in the meantime have the responsibility to take care of the office in the best way.



It is important that you have the ability to create and maintain long-term customer relationships, take initiative and be positive and see solutions in every situation.

Furthermore, you are a team player who spreads positive energy around you, places a high value on a professional and welcoming treatment, is ambitious and sees our office as the perfect place to further develop.

We already know that you have the driving force, but in addition:
- You have at least a couple of years of work experience.
- You have a background in administration
- You speak Swedish and Spanish fluently.

If you have experience in marketing and an interest in photography and text, it is a merit, but not a requirement.
